Full-Time Night Porter

Required to work shifts including weekends on a rota basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing duties in the hotel at night, ensuring a professional, friendly and courteous service to all our guests. Previous experience of working within the hospitality industry is preferable.

Chef de Partie

Required to join our professional, award winning team.  Applicants will be passionate about food, with high standards and the ability to work on their own and as part of a close team. NVQ 2 and at least 2-3 years experience working within a 1 or 2 rosette establishment required.  Full time, approximately 48 hours per week to include evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

Part-Time Breakfast Chef

The opportunity has arisen for a Breakfast Chef to join our professional award winning team, serving our busy 2 rosette restaurant. NVQ2, preferably with experience of working within a rosette establishment. Must be able to work as part of a close team. Mornings on a rota basis to include weekends.
