Welcome to the Angel Eaterie's food and beverage calendar January to March 2010.

Over the coming year, our award winning chefs will be producing some fantastic dishes using special local and internationally sourced seasonal ingredients.  We'll be creating some mouth watering dishes, introducing you to wines to accompany certain foods and telling you a few trade secrets along the way.  Bon appetit!
