A selection of 3 cheeses, all served with biscuits, celery, grapes and quince memberillo (£1.00 per extra cheese)
Godminster - firm pressed medium to strong cheese, exceptionally creamy, rich and full flavour    
Suffolk Brie - pasturized cow's milk, soft cheese with golden curd thats is slightly firmer than most but has alovely buttery texture and light mushroom flavour
Cashel Blue - rich, voluptuous textures punctuated with a little spicy lift from the blue
Lord London - unique shaped cow's semi-soft cheese, clean citrus tasting and with a natural creaminess
Ticklemore - pasturized goat's milk with vegetable rennet, light gentle, floral, herby and ice creamy cool with a moist crumbling texture
