Black Bommer - moist, smooth texture but an intense vintage cheddar taste    
Cambridge Blue - creamy blue veined cheese made from cows milk, has a slightly open texture with a smooth body, fairly sharp taste and low end bitterness from blue notes    
Camambert de Normandie - as the cheese matures it forms a smooth, runny interior and a white bloomy rind that is typical to Camembert cheese. It has a rich, buttery flavour    
Driftwoods - goats log, from White Lake Cheeses in Somerset. Has a unique citrus flavour, rind is ash covered and it has a silky smooth texture. The milk is thermised and the cheese is vegetarian
