An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time reservationist to join our busy central reservations department based at The Angel Hotel, Bury St Edmunds.
Experience in a similar role is required for this position, however full training will be given on company systems and procedures. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience of working within hospitality, preferably with experience within a hotel or reception work.
As Reservationist, you will take and handle reservations and your role is to maximise revenue for the hotels by upselling where you can. A good telephone manner, excellent administration and computer skills are also essential for this opportunity.
Hours will be 40 hours per week and shifts will be varied between 8am and 8pm on a rota basis, to include Saturdays. Salary for this position will be £15,000 - £16,500 per annum.
