WOLFFISH RISOTTO & SLOW-BRAISED OXTAIL SAUCE AT SUDBURY FOOD FESTIVAL

The beautfiul sunny weather and quaint market town square created the perfect atmosphere for the Taste of Sudbury Food & Drink Festival this Sunday. Foodies were spoilt for choice with handmade fruit juices, freshly bottled sauces, artisan burgers and cool dairy ice creams just a few of the locally sourced delights on offer. A retro silver catering trailer had been converted to provide a unique cookery demo stage for local chefs to showcase their talents.

Our Head Chef from The Angel Hotel, Arron Jackson, cooked a delicious Wolffish Risotto and Slow-Braised Oxtail Sauce - just one of the creative culinary twists you can taste in our Eaterie.
