Glazed beetroot and balsamic onion tarte tatin with baby leaf salad
   
Fillet of Seabass with Jerulsalem artichoke puree, rosti potatoes, sauteed chestnut mushroom, brown shrimp and white wine butter
   
Roasted Denham Estate venison with braised cabbage, Boulangere potato, onion mash, roast baby carrots with red wine sauce
   
Fillet of Riverside beef served with wild mushroom, baby beets, celeriac puree, port reduction and dauphinoise potatoes
