Pan roasted scallops with sweet potato and chorizo croquettes, tomato and coriander salsa
   
Braised lentils with squash, chilli, baby spinach and goats curd (v)    

Main attraction    
Roast Free Range Turkey with all the trimmings, goose fat roasts, roasted roots and maple glazed brussel sprouts and chestnuts.
   
Wild mushroom wellington with olive oil, garlic roast potatoes, roasted roots and kale & madeira sauce (v)
