Updated Booking Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation Policy 

For flexible rates, any cancellation or amendment must be made by 3pm, 5 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this time, or in case of a no-show, will not be refunded or transferred. 

Non-refundable rates (e.g., Lock & Save Rate) are fully prepaid at the time of booking and non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. 

Please note: A booking will not be considered cancelled until you receive a cancellation reference.

For bookings of 8 or more rooms, a separate group booking terms and conditions will be sent to you. 

Privacy note (for group bookings only):

At any time, the hotel may provide only the group booker with a rooming list upon request.

Payment Policy

Flexible Rates: Full payment is due 5 days prior to arrival. A payment link and reminders will be sent to you by email. If payment is not received by the deadline, your booking may be cancelled.

Prepaid rates (ie. Lock In & Save Rate): Fully prepaid at the time of booking and non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. 

All bookings made within 5 days of arrival require payment at the time of booking to secure your stay. A payment link will be sent and if payment is not received that day, the reservation will be cancelled. 

For all room bookings: Cash is not accepted. Payment can be made securely online or via a secure payment link for phone bookings.

Eaterie Restaurant

As our 2AA Eaterie restaurant is very popular, we advise you to book a table in advance. If you book a package with dinner included, we will book a table at the best time available.

Pets

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at £15 per dog, per night.

Available in selected rooms only, subject to availability, and must be added on the initial booking to ensure room availability.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00 (3pm)

Check-out: until 11:00 (11am)

Early arrivals are welcome to leave luggage at hotel reception to explore the town. Early check in to the bedrooms is never guaranteed, if you require access before 3pm please book the room for the night before. 

Later check outs are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. 

Children

Extra beds and sofa beds: £10 per child, per night

Cots: £10 per infant, per night

Breakfast: £10 per child, per day

Smoking

The hotel is non-smoking. Guests found smoking in the room will be asked to leave, and incur an additional night’s fee.
