You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guests have a positive and enjoyable experience whilst they dine and stay with us.
Full Time | 5 days per week | Pro Rota
Experience in customer service is essential.
Experience in hotel food and beverage, desirable.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Welcome guests with a friendly and professional manner
Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently
Clear and reset tables promptly throughout breakfast service
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house staff
Flexible with weekends and bank holidays
Previous hospitality or waiting experience is desirable but not essential
Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to requests and providing helpful information where possible
Assist with the smooth day to day running of the hotel, ensuring public areas are clean, tidy and welcoming for guests
Support housekeeping and other departments with general duties during busy periods
Be flexible and willing to assist with additional reasonable duties as required by the hotel
Carry out basic maintenance and report any faults, damage or health and safety concerns to the appropriate manager
