If we’ve missed any information and you still have a question, simply click on the chatbot icon in the bottom right hand corner of the website and ask it to ‘speak to a member of the team’. You’ll be transferred to a live hotel agent.
Check in is from 3pm. You are welcome to arrive to the hotel earlier to register your car and leave luggage before exploring the town centre or having some lunch in the Eaterie.
We welcome dogs in a small number of dog friendly rooms. Please let us know upon booking that you are bringing a dog so we can check we have a dog friendly room available. There is a small charge of £20 per dog per night to cover the extra cleaning costs.
All our rates require payment at the booking stage. This is for PCI compliancy and to ensure safe transactions and storage of your data. Some of our rates have flexible cancellation, be sure to check this before you book.
You are welcome to contact us via our chat bot, simple tell it you’d like to speak to a member of staff and it will transfer you to a live agent at the hotel.
