The Vaults - a series of 12th-century cellars steeped in history and full of atmosphere were once part of the medieval undercroft. Now, these vaulted chambers are home to Suffolk's most sought-after dining events.
Our Underground Supper Clubs with small plate dining, inventive cocktails and great vibes still sell out monthly, and are a huge part of Bury's vibrant dining scene. Monthly steak nights, wine dinners, live music events, and collabs are also in the diary. See below for upcoming events.
The Vaults is also open as a restaurant and bar every Friday and Saturday evening and for our legendary Sunday lunches. They offer an intimate setting for our award-winning food, crafted cocktails and memorable moments.
