The Vaults - a series of 12th-century cellars steeped in history and full of atmosphere were once part of the medieval undercroft. Now, these vaulted chambers are home to Suffolk's most sought-after dining events.
Our Underground Supper Clubs with small plate dining, inventive cocktails and great vibes still sell out monthly, and are a huge part of Bury's vibrant dining scene. Monthly steak nights, wine dinners, live music events, and collabs are also in the diary. See below for upcoming events.
The Vaults is also open as a restaurant and bar every Friday and Saturday evening and for our legendary Sunday lunches. They offer an intimate setting for our award-winning food, crafted cocktails and memorable moments.

"Pour Decisions": MALBEC MADNESS! - 15 October
What a night this promises to be. Hosted by Dan from Liberty Wines, alongside the usual Angel crew, Malbec Madness - the first of our "Pour Decisions" series - celebrates everything that Malbec has to offer.
A Malbec cocktail (!) and snacks will be served as the night kicks off, followed by a short guided tasting. A main course with a glass of something very special, and dessert will follow.
£55pp includes ALL the above, with more of everything available to purchase on the night.
Beneath The Streets with Champagne Laurent-Perrier - 23 October
Step into a timeless atmosphere for an unforgettable Champagne Dinner.
A beautifully crafted four-course menu will be paired with five exceptional Champagnes from our friends at Laurent-Perrier. The evening will be co-hosted by a guest from Laurent-Perrier, who will share their expertise and passion for one of the world's most celebrated Champagne houses.
