If you've stayed at The Angel before, your first impression of the hotel starts way before you walk through the doors. Our concierge team plays a vital role in ensuring the guest check in and check out experience is seamless, setting expectations for the rest of their stay and offering a warm welcome where nothing is too much trouble. From parking guests cars, to assisting with luggage, to delivering room service, the concierge role varies depending on guests needs. At night, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our guests, serving guests drinks & anything they may need throughout the night.
A full clean driving license is essential for this role as well as a passion for making guests feel at ease & welcome. Previous experience in a hotel environment is desirable.

At the Angel, we serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea daily on the ground floor - the restaurant & bar is always buzzing. Downstairs, we have recently refurbished the underground 'vaults' whereby we host special event & private functions.
We are looking for new members of the team to join the F&B department, working closely with management team, you & your colleagues will support all food & beverage options in the hotel. Shifts vary to include early starts or late nights, however - shifts are flexible and varied. No day will ever be the same and you will be working with & learning from our team of industry experts.
