As part of a friendly and professional team, the Housekeeping Supervisor assists and supports the Head housekeeper.
Duties to include preparing rooms, helping to maintain laundry records and to take charge of housekeeping keys. In addition being responsible for turndown at least 2 nights per week and handling guests requests and complaints efficiently.

ANGEL HOTEL - NIGHT/DAY PORTER
We are looking to recruit a Day/Night porter to join our existing busy and professional team, who will maintain the high level of service expected by our guests. A full driving licence is essential to this role. Duties include:
Assisting with guests’ luggage and parking cars, ensuring security in all F&B areas, adhering to all standards as set out in the Restaurant ‘SOP’ manual.
Ensuring no government laws regarding drinking are broken by the hotel, and making sure all external exists/entrances are secure throughout the night
Ensuring no person enters any areas of the hotel that may represent a security risk and Maintaining/updating the Night Porters’ Log Book.

THE ANGEL HOTEL - PASTRY CHEF
Our kitchen team are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join them.
You must be competent in maintaining good levels of section and fridge hygiene and communicating any needs or problems with the Head or Sous Chef. You should be aware of food wastage, and gross profit targets/weekly business levels, and capable of building good working relationships with management and colleagues. The ability to ensure prompt and tactful attention to customer complaints is essential.

We are currently looking for a Commis Chef to join our busy and friendly kitchen team.
1 - 2 years chef experience is essential within hotels or restaurants, as well as a professional attitude and passion for the hospitality industry. You must be capable of maintaining a good level of section and fridge hygiene, and be aware of gross profit targets, weekly business levels and food wastage. Establishing good working relationships with management and colleagues is essential.
